Destination Weddings

Some love stories don't fit inside one city, and neither do I. Based in North Vancouver and originally from the Netherlands, I've spent the last few years photographing weddings and elopements across coastlines, mountains, and old European streets — and I'll happily go wherever your story takes us next.


Whether you're planning a clifftop elopement on the Pacific coast, a quiet ceremony along an Amsterdam canal, or a celebration somewhere we haven't been yet, I bring the same eye to every location: documentary, unposed, a little editorial, and built to feel like you — not like a destination wedding template.


How Destination Weddings Work With Me

Do you need to have shot a wedding in our location before?

Not at all. What matters most is whether my style is right for your day, not whether I've personally stood in that exact spot before. I travel prepared, I work with local vendors and planners wherever possible, and I treat every new location as a chance to do some of my best, most personal work.


What's included in destination pricing?

Destination pricing depends on the location, travel required, and length of coverage — every quote is tailored to your specific date and destination rather than a flat rate. I am happy to throw in a rehearsal dinner for free! Reach out with your wedding details and I'll put together exact numbers for you.


Already getting married near one of my upcoming trips?

If I'm already booked for a wedding in your region during a particular week, I offer a reduced rate for a second celebration nearby during that same trip — it's worth asking what's on my travel calendar before you book.

I travel for a handful of destination weddings and maternity trips each year — here's what's on the calendar so far. If your wedding falls near one of these, I may already be in the area (and that can mean a reduced rate for both of us).
